It’s important to submit your hours. The totals are included in applications for Tree City USA and grants to continue in our mission.
We have an online account and new activity categories to make it easier.
You can submit hours three ways:
- Using TrackItForward – Enter using an app on your smart phone or in a browser on your computer.
Register First Time
Log Hours - Print and Write on Paper – Print our pdf form, hand write your hours on it, and hand it to the Vice President at a meeting.
- Email an Excel form – Download this excel spreadsheet and enter your hours on the excel spreadsheet form, attach it to an email to the Vice President.
To register the first time for TrackItForward:
- Send an email requesting to join the Tree Steward tracking system to the Vice President.
- The Vice President will then send a email reply with an invitation and link to join.
To log hours after registering:
- VIA COMPUTER Open your browser to: https://www.trackitforward.com/user. Save this as a bookmark so you can just click the bookmark later!
- VIA SMART PHONE: download and open the TrackItForward app (iPhone app is listed as “Volunteer Time Tracking”).
- Log in or… if you didn’t log out, you’ll immediately see the hours entry page.
- Select hours, date, activity category, and (optional) enter notes. Click on Submit time button. Our Activity Categories are defined below.
