Holly plantingExamples of just some of the work done in 2014 - At the Happy Creek Arboretum, new trees and bushes were planted, a class tree and the Arbor Day tree.  On city streets, pruning was completed along Virginia Avenue and the west side of Royal Ave.   Troubled trees were dug up and it was determined that girdling roots were the problem.  The trees were then treated and replanted.  A Red Maple was replaced at a local park.  Trees were labled along the new extension of the Greenway from South Street to Criser Rd.
